Expertise Energy Reduction
It seems pretty dodgy. At the moment I have an attribute level 5 expertise. 10 energy skills seem to be 8 enery and 5 energy is 4 I think. But 15 is still 15
 A week or so ago 15 was 12 and 5 and 5 and 10 was 10. |

your 15 must not be a ranger skill :-p
Expertise doesn't help with everything, it only works on Attacks Traps Preps Stances I can't remember but almost nothing from the other classes |

Expertise affects pretty much anything that's not a spell. Glyphs, rituals, traps, preps, stances, attacks, and so on are all reduced in cost. The only things I know that aren't are spells - hex spells, enchantment spells, and plain-old spells.
